Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are suggested for the summer season and holiday weekends. A valid credit card is required. There will be a one night charge applied to your credit card at time of reservation. A confirmation will be given to you via email. There is a 7-day cancellation policy prior to your arrival. No refunds for early departures or weather related issues. Exception: mandatory evacuation of the Island. If a reservation is made for a Friday arrival and delayed to a Saturday arrival, Friday night must be paid for in order to keep the original site. No exemptions. Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa or M/C for Payment only. No personal checks.
