Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be paid in advance with appropriate deposits. Reservations are highly encouraged. Pull Through, Lake front, Cabin reservations cannot be made online – they can only be made by calling 828-654-7873. No adjustments for early departures, holidays, special events, or group reservations. Please email all cancellation to [email protected]. 14 or more days before scheduled arrival date refund deposit less $20 reservation fee. Less than 14 days before scheduled arrival date deposit forfeited. You may book using the park's online reservation form.
