Reservations:
A two night stay (three nights aon holidays) is required to reserve a site. Full payment on credit card is required. Walk-ins are welcome for one night.

Cancellations:
If cancellations occur 21 days prior to arrival date, there will be a $35.00 set up fee deducted from the refund. Should a cancellation occur for any reason within 21 days of arrival date, 50% of the base price will be kept and considered fully earned.
