A regular reservation of a week or less requires one night base rate deposit. An extended reservation (more than one week) requires two day base rate deposit.

For extended reservation, a cancellation fee of $30.00. No refund, 14 days prior.
For regular reservation, a cancellation fee of $20.00. Additional charges appy if cancelled later than 2pm, 2 days prior.

For All Rentals:
Special Events & Holidays must be prepaid in full. Cancellation for these units - one night, non-refundable, no refunds, 30 days prior.
All other rental reservations require one nights' base rate deposit. Cancellation fee of $30.00. No refund, 14 days prior.
