Reservations:
One night deposit per unit. Holidays 3 day minimum, excluding primitive. Holiday reservations require minimum 2 nights deposit. Weekend reservations suggested.

Cancellations:
In order to receive a refund, you must give 24-hour by 4pm by phone or email the day before reservation. A $5.00 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. Holiday reservations require a 14-day notice for refund.
