The first night be paid in full at time of reservation. Credit/Debit cards will be charged a one night fee for each lot reserved. Or cash/check will be accepted; must be received one week after placing reservation.

Cancellations:
Must be given 7 days prior to arrival date. No exceptions. Credit/Debit cards will be refunded minus a $5.00 cancellation fee per site if 7 days prior to arrival. Cash/Check will be refunded by check minus a $5.00 cancellation fee per site if 7 days prior to arrival.
