Reservations:
For holiday weekends, a minimum of 3 nights are required, no discounts accepted. The 1st night deposit is required when reservation is made and all deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations:
Must cancel by 4:00pm 2 days prior to scheduled arrival - A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations and/or "no shows".
