Reservations:
A deposit of one night's rental fee per site is required for each reservation that is scheduled on a holiday weekend, only. Additionally, all holiday weekends require a minimum 3 night reservation. Non-holiday reservations require o deposit or minimum night stay.

Cancellations:
Must give at least one week's notice if you need to cancel a holiday reservation. If there is not a one week's notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
