Reservations:
A reservation deposit on the first night's stay for a standard or off season camping. A $50 minimum or first night's stay on weekly or holiday. A half of the total amount for more than 7 night stay.

Cancellations:
Cancellation fee of $10 / site or $30 / rental in 7 days PRIOR to arrival. Holiday Reservations, no show after 10pm day of arrival, and reservations of 7 nights or more, gets no refund.
