Reservations:
Credit card deposits may be taken over the phone. Check or money order deposits must be received within 4 days of making the reservation. Reservations not secured by a deposit will be automatically cancelled within 5 days. A one or two day reservation requires a one day base rate deposit. A two day base rate deposit is charged for extended reservations. Holiday reservations require 3 nights minimum stay. Holidays and Special Events require full payment in advance.
Cancellations:
If your reservation is cancelled 48 hours in advance, you will receive a refund minus a $10 service charge/site, or full credit may be applied to any fee due for a future reservation. A reservation may be rescheduled one time. Holidays and Special Events require a one week cancellation notice. No refunds for early check out.
