Reservation Policy:
One night rate must be paid when reservation is booked. Entire amount must be paid when reservation is booked for Holiday reservations.

Cancellation Policy:
To get a refund, cancel 8 or more days prior to your arrival date, and 30 or more days for holiday reservations. If you cancel 7 days or less of your arrival date your deposit will be retained. There is a $10 service charge for all cancellations. No refunds are given for no show guests.
