Reservation Policy:
A reservation deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance plus tax will be due upon arrival. This deposit can be made by credit card or cash only. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card, cash, or check upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or reschedules on Cabins, Duplexes and RV sites must be made 14 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made from 13 to 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in are not eligible for any refund.
