Reservation Policy:
Reservation requests for specific sites will be accepted, but there is no guarantee specific sites will be available. Reservation guarantees a space for specific size RV. Staff will attempt to honor specific site request if and when they are available. Reservation confirmations will be mailed within two working days. Reservations will be limited to a maximum of one year advance. Reservation deposits are refundable only with 72 hour notice.
Credit/Refund Policy:
Credits/refunds are allowed only if emergency or extenuating circumstances exist. Recommendations for credits/refunds will be made by the Charleston Marina Complex manager. Credits/refunds will be computed at rates most favorable to the RV park customer. A complete copy of all Charleston Marina RV park policies is available at their office.
