Payment/Reservation Policy:
Payment is due prior to the first night’s stay unless prior authorization is given by Owner/Agent. Partial payments will not be accepted. Checks are not accepted for daily rates. Guests staying over 29 days whom have not signed a month-to-month rental agreement are charged at the daily rate.
Cancellation Policy:
Willamette Wine Country RV Park will confirm reservations by contacting guest via e-mail or telephone. Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will result in a one night charge at the standard rate.
