Deposit Policy:
Mercer Lake Resort prefer checks or cash.
Credit cared such as Master Card and Visa are accepted. If a reservation is made less than two (2) weeks prior to arrival, a credit card is required. All deposits are deducted from balance at check-out. Deposits are due March 1st for reservations carried over from the previous year. Within one (1) week from the booking date on new reservations. Deposit Requirements 1 - 3 nights reservation requires a deposit equivalent to 1 night’s stay 4 nights or more requires a deposit equivalent to 2 night’s stay. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy:
The Season (mid May - mid October):
The purpose of a reservation is to pull a Cabin/RV Space from the rental pool, therefore making it unavailable to other prospective renters that may call.
There is no predetermined acceptable time frame for a cancellation.
The sooner you cancel, the better the chances of recovering your deposit.
If Mercer Lake Resort can re-rent the Cabin/RV Space, the deposit will be refunded less a $10.00 processing fee. No-Shows automatically forfeit their deposit.
Off Season (mid October - mid May):
Deposits collected on reservations during this time may, at our discretion, be exempt of the re-rent requirement.
