Reservation:
Reservation for daily rentals has a non-refundable deposits fee of first night's rate. For weekly rentals, 25% of weekly rate. For monthly rentals, 50% of monthly rate. This fee is for all reservations.

Cancellation:
Cancellation must have a 45 day notification before arrival date for a refund of fees less the non refundable deposit. No other refunds.
