Reservations:
All reservations require a single night payment as a deposit, for the unit or space of guest choice. This deposit is non-refundable. However, should guest need to make a reservation change, the deposit may be transferred one time, to any other reservation within the same season. Additional modifications to the reservation will be charged a $7.00 fee per modification. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations:
There will be no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for poor weather. Without at least 7 days notice of cancellation or modification to the reservations, the reserving party will be held responsible for the entire cost of the original reservations.
