Reservation Policy:
Reservations for a site may be taken by walk-ins, over the telephone, or online. If information is taken over the phone, a one night deposit is required.Upon arrival the deposit amount is applied to the full amount due. An application is required for guests desiring to stay one month or longer.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests who call to cancel reservation before forty-eight (48) hours of reservation date will be assessed an $8.00 cancellation fee with the difference between the cancellation fee and deposit refunded. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of reservation date will result in cancellation fee equaling one day deposit made.
