Reservation and Cancellation:
All reservations require a non-refundable deposit to equal one night's stay. All monthly reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. All deposits will be applied to stay upon arrival. 48-hour notice required for site cancellation or guest will be charged in full for each site reserved. All Holidays require 7-day cancellation or full reservations will be charged.All reservations will be secured with a credit card.
