Reservation Policy:
All reservations will require a deposit. Deposits are due at the time of reservation. Reservations are accepted for nightly, weekly and monthly rental. Reservation can be made up to (12) twelve months in advance. Netarts Bay RV Park and Marina reserve the right to modify or change guest reserved site number. Should this rare occurrence happen guest would be notified immediately.
Minimum Deposit Requirements. One to six nights one nightly fee. Weekly, deposit of $50. Monthly, a deposit of $100. Guest may cancel the reservation at any time. Guest deposit minus a processing fee will be refunded to if guest cancellation occurs a minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date
Changes or modification to confirmed reservation are welcome subject to the following:
Guest must make any changes or adjustments a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival.
First change or modification there will be no additional charge. Each change or modification after the first is subject to a process fee of $10.00 per change or modification.
