Cancellation Policy:
(Non-Holiday)
Deposits are charged at the time of the reservation. If guest cancel greater than 7 days of your arrival date for cabins & deluxe cabins and 48 hours for RV and tent sites non-holiday reservations there is a $10 non-refundable booking fee. This is the Oregon Coast, weather is not a reason for late cancellation.
Kabins and Lodges: Cancellations must be made PRIOR TO 1:00 P.M. 7 days before guest arrival date in order to receive the allowable refund. Once guest are registered for multiple day stays, Oregon Dunes KOA ask that guest try to give at least 48 hours notice if guest require an early departure.
RV Sites & Tent Sites: Cancellations must be made PRIOR TO 1:00 P.M. 48 hours before guest arrival date in order to receive the allowable refund. Once guest are registered for multiple day stays, Oregon Dunes KOA ask that guest try to give at least 24 hours notice if guest require an early departure.

All reservation deposits are charged at time of reservation. The amount may not reflect the daily rate. Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving require 30 days notice prior to guest arrival of cancellation or any date changes. Sites cancelled more than 30 days before guest arrival date are subject to the normal $10 non refundable booking fee. All sites cancelled less than 30 days of guest arrival date will forfeit the total deposit.
