Reservation Policy:
In order to hold your reservation: a) For one to six days requires first nights payment b) one week to 30 days requires $100 payment; c) 30 days requires $100 payment for each 30 day period not to exceed ninety days d) 90 days requires $300 payment. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. If you reserve more than one site or make more than one reservation, you are required to pay for each of the reservations individually as stated above. We cannot hold a site for you or another party unless you accept the charge for it.
Confirming your reservation
You will receive a confirmation number at the time you make your reservation. A written confirmation will be sent to you for each reservation made. Please open it immediately and check that all the information is correct and let us know if it is not.
Canceling or changing your reservation
No refunds will be made. Call (541) 271-0287 to cancel or change your reservation. You must give your confirmation number and dates of your reservation. In order for your cancellation or change to be valid, you must receive an acknowledgment from us. You will receive a raincheck, less a $20.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel at least 7 days in advance of arrival. See Raincheck Policy below. If you make a change to your reservation at least 7 days in advance of arrival, your payment will be applied to the changed reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation at least 7 days in advance of arrival, your entire payment will be forfeited.
Raincheck Policy
Rainchecks that are issued for a canceled reservation must be used within one year of the date issued. Rainchecks are transferable to anyone.
