Reservation:
Reservations are accepted. Deposit of one night stay is needed for reservations, $100 for monthly reservations. We do not accept checks as payment except with established customers. Balance must be paid at check in by cash or credit card.
Cancellation:
If cancellation occurs 45 days prior to start date; deposit is refunded less $15 service fee or rain check in full amount.
If cancellation occurs 44-15 days prior to reservation start date; rain check in full amount.
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to reservation start date; no refund, no rain check deposit is forfeited.
