Reservations can be made for 2 or more days with a one night deposit. A deposit of $100.00 is required for weekly and holiday reservations (a 3 night minimum reservation applies for holidays).
Cancellation:
Refunds are given with 30 days cancellation notice.
Credit is otherwise issued with a 24 hour notice.
Holidays, Halloween and Rentals require 7 days notice for credit.
