Cancellation Policy:
Generally, we ask for a 2-day notice for camp site and motel room cancellations. We ask for a 14-day notice on all log cabin cancellations.
Please Note: The following are exceptions to the standard cancellation policy.
Holiday periods and Special Events from May 15 to September 20 require a 14 day notice for all cancellations.
The October Antique Auto Show requires cancellation notification by September 1.
With the required notification, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. We will gladly:
Refund your deposit less a $10.00 cancellation charge. or Transfer your deposit to a future stay less a $3.00 cancellation charge
Please Note: If you cancel after the notification period no refund will be issued. You forfeit 50% of your deposit and we will apply 50% of your deposit to a future stay only (e.g. camp credit/rain check).
