A deposit of 50% is charged on your credit card at time of reservation, balance is due upon checkin. For holiday reservations, payment in full is charged on your credit card at time of reservation.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to check in date are subject to a penalty of $25. Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to check in date are subject to loss of deposit. All reservations must have a deposit to be confirmed. Confirmations will be sent by email.
