A one-night deposit is required to guarantee non-holiday reservations. Special weekends (**) require a 2-night minimum stay for guaranteed advance reservations. Deposits must be received within 7 days to guarantee your reservation. A valid credit card can be used to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded (less a $10 cancellation fee) if notification is received more than 2 days (7 days for holiday & special event weekends) in advance of the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with 2 days or less notice (7 days or less notice for holiday & special event weekends) the full deposit will be forfeited.
