Reservation Policy:
A deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. Holidays require a three night minimum stay & paid in full deposit at time of reservation. All other reservations require a one night’s deposit. All deposits are required and will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve completed your reservation. Please check your confirmation and make any necessary corrections.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations; therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of deposit. Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits.
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to the deadlines listed below for your RV or tent reservation. Please call 814-789-3251 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee. You must talk to a person to receive a confirmed cancellation. Messages on an answering machine do not qualify as a confirmed cancellation.
Seven (7) days notice is needed for a holiday or special event weekend less $10.00 cancellation fee. All others require forty eight (48) hours notice (call by 4:00 pm two (2) days prior to your arrival) is required to receive a refund less $10.00 cancellation fee.
