Cancellation Policy:
A handling fee of $15 will be deducted from all cancellations provided notice is given at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a 1 to 7 day reservation.
8 to 14 day reservation - notice must be given 14 days before scheduled arrival date.
14 day reservation or more must give 30 days notice prior to scheduled arrival date.
Cancelling after required notice will result in forfeiture of deposit or your credit card will be charged.
Late cancellation or failure to arrive on scheduled arrival date will result in no refund and automatic forfeiture of site reserved.
Deposits are non-transferable... party to party, nor year to year.
Holiday reservations are nontransferable and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
You expect us to hold reservations for you, we expect you to pay for the total time reserved.
