Reservation Policy:
Required within 7 days of making reservations.
Holidays and Special Weekends must be paid in full.
All others require 1 night deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is necessary, deposits may be refunded as follows:
Cancellation at least 14 Days Prior to Arrival - Refund
Cancellation at least 7 Days Prior to Arrival - Rain Check
Cancellation less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival - No Refund
$5.00 Service Charge on all Refunds.
Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds or credits due to discomforts of nature or early departures.
