Reservation:
A deposit of 50% of rental rate is required to confirm reservation. Balance is due at check in.
NOTE: Holiday reservations require payment in full. A confirmed and approved deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.
Cancellation:
To receive a deposit refund, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 15 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date for camping sites. A cancellation fee of $20.00 will be deducted from your deposit. If you notify us of your cancellation between 8 to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for camping sites, your deposit will be retained. We will apply your deposit to your next non-holiday trip. If you notify us of your cancellation in less than 8 days of your scheduled arrival date for a camping site, no refunds or rain checks will be issued. No refund for early departure.
