Reservations Policy:
Reservations accepted for a 2 night minimum. Balance must be paid by cash or credit card. Personal Checks cannot be accepted as a payment for a reservation. For a monthly stay one week is required up front and the balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
45 days prior to reservation start date, full refund less a $10.00 processing fee (per site). 44 - 15 days prior to reservation start date, rain check only less than 15 days, no Refund or no rain check.
