Timothy Lake has a two campground, the north and south campground located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. A seasonal indoor waterpark located at Mountain Top Lodge complex at Timothy Lake North, which contains an entertainment center and video arcade with prize redemption area. Timothy Lake South, located just one mile from Timothy Lake North, has a more relaxed atmosphere with an outdoor pool, play area and camper services center with a Members' Lounge, laundry facility, General Store and Ranger Station.
