Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations require a deposit using a valid credit card. If you must mail in your deposit, there is a return check fee of $32.00. Full refunds are given only if notified 7 days or more prior to your reserved date of arrival. Cancellation within 7 days of reservation date will not receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 service fee. No Refunds for early departures, and no refunds for cancellations on holiday weekends.
