“Inform people form Europa about dreiging and camping in a RV. We are not user to this. Especially about handy things like extra chairs for outside use. ”

Some comments about what could be made better - we needed more than 2 blankets/person as we went to Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP and the temp was below zero. - it would have been nice if the camper had been supplied with some basic cleaning gear (eg. broom, dustpan & brush, etc). ”

“There were a few minor maintenance issues with the vehicle that should have been repaired before the rental. We needed to stop during our trip to have these issues fixed but the servicing depot in Las Vegas were fantastic and quickly resolved the problems.”

“The hot water didnt work at all I had to call service who directed me to switch valves that was positioned in the wrong way. Valves where located behind a hatch and I had to stop and buy a screwdriver to be able to dismount it. The freshwater tank was full of white and pink claening fluid and could not be used until day 5 since i had to flush the tanks for around 10 hours. The right mid window could not be locked and the windo is opening while driving. I had to fix it with schotch ”

“The vehicle was absolutely fine from the mechanical point of view. Otherwise it was a bit dirty (not really cleaned up after the prior renters) and most important we had some trouble with : - a water leak on the first night - the auxiliary battery died the second day we managed to get it fixed (for the auxiliary battery, for the water leak they just cut the water arrival to the toilet) in 2 different RV repair in and around Yellowstone but it was just wasted some precious time...”

“We had a great 2 weeks with friends but we had issues. The main issue was extra charges were more than actual rental cost which is completely unacceptable. Although it's written in small print but additional charges were far too excessive to not be highlighted more clearly very misleading. The van also had issues - steering, window & toilet. Bedding cost extra $200 disgraceful - dirty, hairs in, itchy & thin. Overall it's disappointing experience and I would not recommend El Monte.”

“the camper was good. I had one remark on the camper therefor 4/5. A part of the ceiling in the master bedroom came partially down, nothing serious. ”

“Suppose to be 2011 or up but vehicle was 2006 and upholstery fabric was really dirty.Even i confirm my date of arrival when vechile was booked and confirmed by the representative on the phone and i send email again a night before of pick up they did not pick me up.I went their 2 mp to pick the vehicle and guy thier refused to give me RV because he cant swipe the credit card and he had not other option including wave ,”

“The RV was really good but a few screws fell out that we put back in again in kitchen and bathroom area. Only comment is that the electricity charged very slowly even though we were driving a lot and we read that 30 min a day would be sufficient.”

“Possibly the worst service I have ever received. The pick up and drop off was nothing less than a shambles, and the RV that we rented was not fit for purpose. ”
