“1. Tank sensors broken 2. Grey water tank came out loose and dropped by 8 inches on the trip because of which the pipes attached to the tank were broken. No shower/kitchen usage for 4 days 3. flat tyre the 2nd day 4. The key of the outer storage broke and we had to go to a store to make a duplicate key. 5. Fresh water pipe provided used to leak because of which we could never use direct water connection and had to use stored water using pump only. 6. One of the stove top burner not working”

“The vehicle was great from afar. We did notice that motor homes seem to be made of lesser quality than in the past. Overall a great place to rent from and a clean easy to operate vehicle. ”

“Outside light was broken, large side window was inoperable. Made the trip less enjoyable. Your service at both ends of the trip was great. ”

“Great vehicle, very comfortable motorhome that was very good to us. I would never travel with 4 people in this vehicle its way too small for that. 2 People is perfect. The gas is incredible it lasted us the whole trip... dumping grey and black water was an issue cause every campground wants to charge you and arm and a leg. Really surprised by USA's expensive shitty campgrounds. ”

“EL MONTE RENTED US A DANGEROUS RV. Within two hours out of Los Angeles the vehicle started leaking liquid propane gas while we were driving. We called the help line to report it, but they couldn't find us a repair shop. The gas alarm went off inside the RV the first night. We requested a refund for just the first two days of our trip but they refused. They rented us an unsafe vehicle. We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience and are currently disputing the charge for the first two days.”

“CO alarm started day 2. Lot of concern as being off grid for a week (at Burning Man) we could not access service. Made alternative sleeping arrangements until we discovered the cause was failing batteries. Despite regular charging, batteries were depleted within 4 hours, hugely inconvenient. We had to return to Reno instead of going to Yellowstone to have both batteries replaced, losing at least another day of our vacation. I hope to be recompensed for this inconvenience and loss of 2 days.”

“We had to wait around 4 hours to get our vehicle due to a problem in the kitchen table instead of 2 hours as it was in the contract. We end up by leaving in an old and dirty RV. Very noisy vehicle.”

“Vehicle was clean and tidy, however the gas hob kept popping off whenever we drove anywhere and the 4 screws holding the microwave in place 2 were missing so we had to have one of our children (not safe at all)get out of their seat every so often to push it back into the cubby hole. We ended up taking the oven top hob off and put it into a cupboard when we went anywhere. None of these items were obviously checked to ensure they were secure.”

“The RV was comfortable for two people. Refrigerator was the biggest surprise to us. Nice and big and kept things very cold. Everything worked great and even the bed was comfortable. Would definitely rent again.”
