“Everything we needed was there. We struggled to find the chemical for the toilet in supermarkets and petrol stations. I think you should also offer this as separate purchase at point of departure. The electrical cord to connect to mains did not work. I think it should have been tested before delivering the caravan. ”

“We missed basic tools to fix a simple thing at the RV (screwdriver). No TV connection cable. In our case, the folding chairs were not comfortable and 2 chairs broke. Also the srews of the dining table got loose. On the other hand the service was good and friendly. Overall good experience.”
