“There needs to be an Allen wrench provided in the vehicle in order to adjust side mirrors properly. Lose mirrors are a major safety hazard.”

“We chose this company because they offered free pick-up and delivery service. However, when it was time to schedule our pick-up, they informed us that they were no longer doing pick-up and delivery. Strangely, their check-in paperwork and website still listed the pick-up service.”

“The vehicle was great except the toilet smelled throughout the trip even after dumping every day.”

“Our only complaint is with the Depot service. We were supposed to have airport transfers included, however were informed after landing that these shuttles were not available and instead had to pay for an Uber. ”

“The vehicle was in perfect condition, almost brand new, clear and the Road Bear Service (pick up and drop of worked flawlessly). There were a few minor issues when we handed in the vehicle, but understood these were already know (loose strip, somewhat leaking gray water valve). Regarding the layout of the vehicle, we didn't like the separate seat so much while driving. You sit sideways all the time and we could get it to rotate (not enough space). Apart from these all perfect.”

“We were fortunate to get a brand new rig and it was perfect for us. It was very high quality and fit our needs. Our only trouble was the kitchenette table was out of alignment so when you put it down to use as a bed, it broke on one side. The company had us pay for the damage even though the attendant who looked it over could clearly see it was defective, which was the real cause of the damage. So check everything over very carefully before you leave, we never thought to put the table down.”

“Vehicle was great. It was our first time in an RV so the instructions on everything were a real crash course for us. There were a few things that we were unaware of throughout the trip that would have helped us out (determining the level of the wastewater, the fan in the bathroom, determining the level of propane). The chairs we rented were very uncomfortable and the towels had a mildewy / moldy odor to them prior to using. Aside from that everything was great.”
