Reservations:
Online reservation is not actual reservation unless 50% deposit is confirmed. For availability of reservation directly contact Solitude Pointe to verify reservations. Cancellation fees of 5% to 10 % applies if 2 weeks or more advance notice.

Cancellations:
For 2 weeks or more notice, automatically a $10.00 cancellation fee will be deducted for refunds.
For less than 2 weeks notice, the credit will be given for another stay, less $5.00 handling fee.
All credit must be used within one year of cancellation date.
