Reservations:
A deposit for the first night will be charged to the credit card when the guest makes a reservation. The guest then receives a confirmation email once they have completed the reservation.

Cancellations:
All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
