Cancellations:
If the guest decides to cancel or shorten their stay, the guest should provide 30 days notice prior to scheduled arrival date. With appropriate notice, return of deposit less a $25.00 service fee. No refund on deposits without a 30 day notice. Additionally, guests who do not provide a 30-day notice of cancelled nights for a shortened stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights.
