Reservations:
For single reservation, it will be confirmed with the receipt of a first nights fee or guaranteed by Visa, M/C, or Discovery. For group reservation (4 or more sites), it will be confirmed with the receipt of a 50% deposit or guaranteed by Visa, M/C, or Discovery.
Cancellations:
For single cancellation, all cancellation made less that 72 hours prior to arrival (July 1 or later for Sturgis Rally) are subject to a non-refundable processing fee equal to the first night fee. For group cancellation, all cancellation made less that 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.
Full refunds may be made with the approval of the manager and if the horse stalls, cabins, or tipis, can be rebooked for the same dates. No Refunds for early departure.
