Cancellations:
You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund of monies less a $10.00 Service Fee. For cancellations occurring 14 days to 48 hours prior to arrival, 50% of the total fees shall be due. If less than 48 hours cancellation is given, no refund will be permitted and all fees due shall be charged to the guest.
