Cancellations:
For Cabins, after your reservation is made, there will be a $10 per night charge for any cancellations made up to 7 days before noon the day of check-in. In other words, if you are scheduled to arrive July 16 for a three night stay, you may cancel your reservation anytime before noon July 9, and a $30 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, your credit card will be charged for the entire length of your stay.

For sleeper camper and camping, after your reservation is made, there will be a $10 per night charge for any cancellations made up to 48 hours before noon the day of check-in. In other words, if you are scheduled to arrive July 4 for a three night stay, you may cancel your reservation anytime before noon July 2, and a $30 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel within 48 days of your check-in date, your credit card will be charged for the first two nights of your stay and $10 per each additional night of your reservation.

For Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, after your reservation is made, there will be a $10 per night charge for any cancellations made 14 days before noon the day of check-in. In other words, if you are scheduled to arrive Saturday, August 7 for a five day stay, you may cancel your reservation anytime before noon Saturday, July 24, and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your reservation.
