Reservations:
Guaranteed reservations require a deposit equal to one day's rate payable at the time the reservation is made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card and a valid credit card on file. For camping, a minimum deposit of $50.00 will be required in the absence of a valid credit card on file. Please note that we are unable to reserve lodging units without a credit card on file. Your deposit will guarantee your arrival on the specified date for the dates reserved. When we receive your deposit, we will send or email a confirmation card to you.

Cancellations:
Cancellations within 59 days of arrival, will forfeit their deposit unless the site or space, is re-rented for all the dates reserved; however, a minimum cancellation fee of $10 for camping reservations will be charged for the processing fees.

No-Shows and early departures for both camping and lodging will be responsible for their reserved dates. Since our primary season is just under 70 days, our cancellation policy will be applied. Please contact Mystery Mountain Resort if you have any questions.
