Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
If customer decides to cancel a guaranteed reservation at least 7 days before scheduled check-in date, the guest will be entitled to a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations after the 7 day mark will result in forfeiture of “hold deposit” and a $10 processing fee. Customer may opt to change the date of the original reservation once, but that change must be made at least a week before scheduled check-in date and within a year of original reservation date. If a customer fails to show up on the reservation date, the guest will lose the deposit and any payments already made.
