Cancellations:
Cancel RV Site reservation 8 days prior to arrival - Full Refund less $10.00 service fee.
Cancel RV Site reservation 7 days or less up to 6 pm the day before arrival - Lose 1 night's rent.
Cancel Cabin or RV Site reservations for holiday periods - no refund at any time after payment received.
Cancel a cabin or RV Site on the day of your arrival or simply not show up: No refund of any kind unless we are able to re-sell that cabin or site and if a refund is possible, one night's rent is still non-refundable.
