Reservations:
Reservation Guarantee Deposit: A credit card deposit for first night is required to guarantee reservation. Deposit required when reservation is made.

Cancellations:
Requirements for Deposit Refund: If unable to honor reservation, call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines: RV: 15 days - Notify Rio Bonito Cabin Resort by 4 p.m. 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Charges: A (RV daily & weekly = $30, RV monthly = $100 & Cabin = $125) cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of full deposit.

Any party exceeding the amount of people on the reservation is reason for eviction without reimbursement.
