Reservation/Cancellation Policies:
May be accepted year-round.
Will be accepted Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. May be made in person or by phone: (936) 646-3824.
Deposits are accepted via credit card. If this is not possible, a check (money orders & cashier’s checks are also
acceptable) for deposit must be received within 7 days of booking.
No refunds on deposits will be given. If reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to occupancy date, a credit for the deposit will be given and may be used for RV camping in the resort within one year. No shows, no calls and cancellations after 72 hours will result in loss of deposit.
