Reservations:
Daily, weekly and monthly guests may pay their rent with cash, check or credit card. Annual residents may pay with cash or check only but not with a credit card. All electricity charges must be paid by either cash or check and not with a credit card.

Cancellations:
Cancellation fee of $50 applies until Oct. 1st. Thereafter, refunds, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be made only for the serious illness or death of the immediate party(ies) making the reservation. Physician statement or other documentation required. No refunds or credits will be made on unused rent.
